How to Send Quill Forms Data to Zoho Invoice
Zoho Invoice is a invoicing platform. Getting Quill Forms submission into Zoho Invoice does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
The direct approach
AFI delivers submission data straight from WordPress to Zoho Invoice. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.
- A Zoho Invoice account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Zoho Invoice to AFI
Zoho Invoice uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Invoice, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Zoho Invoice.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.
3. Select Zoho Invoice as the destination
Choose Zoho Invoice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Zoho Invoice.
4. Map fields
Match each Zoho Invoice field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Zoho Invoice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name and email to Zoho Invoice with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Quill Forms events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a conversational form is completed. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
