How to Send Quill Forms Data to Zoho FSM
Zoho FSM is a field service management platform. Here is how to pipe Quill Forms submission straight into Zoho FSM using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to field service management. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.
- A Zoho FSM account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Zoho FSM to AFI
Zoho FSM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho FSM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Zoho FSM.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.
3. Select Zoho FSM as the destination
Choose Zoho FSM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Request. This creates a request in Zoho FSM.
4. Map fields
Match each Zoho FSM field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Zoho FSM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Zoho FSM with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Quill Forms events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a conversational form is completed. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
