What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.
  • A Kit account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Kit to AFI

  1. Log in to your Kit account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Kit.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Choose Kit from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Kit.

4. Map fields

Match each Kit field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Kit to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Kit with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and tag selection. No per-record fees on any plan.
