How to Send Quill Forms Data to Freshsales

What you will need

Connect Freshsales to AFI

1. Log in to your Freshsales account.
2. Copy your Subdomain and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Freshsales.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Freshsales.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Freshsales as the destination

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Freshsales to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
