How to Send Quill Forms Data to Freshdesk

What you will need

Connect Freshdesk to AFI

1. Log in to your Freshdesk account.
2. Go to Profile → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Freshdesk.
4. Enter your domain and API Key, then click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Freshdesk.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Freshdesk as the destination

Choose Freshdesk from the platform dropdown and pick Create Ticket. This creates a support ticket in Freshdesk.

4. Map fields

Match each Freshdesk field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Freshdesk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
