How to Send Quill Forms Data to Filevine

Filevine is a legal practice management platform. Here is how to pipe Quill Forms submission straight into Filevine using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Filevine to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Filevine.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Filevine as the destination

Choose Filevine from the platform dropdown and pick Add Project. This creates a project in Filevine.

4. Map fields

Match each Filevine field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Filevine to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
