How to Send Quill Forms Data to Employment Hero

Connect Employment Hero to AFI

Employment Hero uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Employment Hero, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Employment Hero.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Employment Hero as the destination

Choose Employment Hero from the platform dropdown and pick Add Employee. This creates an employee in Employment Hero.

4. Map fields

Match each Employment Hero field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Employment Hero to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
