How to Send Quill Forms Data to CompanyHub

Connect CompanyHub to AFI

1. Log in to your CompanyHub account.
2. Copy your Subdomain and API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → CompanyHub.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to CompanyHub.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select CompanyHub as the destination

Choose CompanyHub from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in CompanyHub.

4. Map fields

Match each CompanyHub field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check CompanyHub to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
