How to Send Quill Forms Data to Campayn

Campayn is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Quill Forms handles a conversational form is completed on your WordPress site. Campayn is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect Campayn to AFI

1. Log in to your Campayn account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Campayn.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Campayn.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Campayn as the destination

Choose Campayn from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to a Campayn list.

4. Map fields

Match each Campayn field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Campayn to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
