Calendly is a appointment scheduling platform. Every Quill Forms submission record should flow into Calendly automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to appointment scheduling. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.
  • A Calendly account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Calendly to AFI

Calendly uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Calendly, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Calendly.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Calendly as the destination

Choose Calendly from the platform dropdown and pick Create Event. This creates an event in Calendly.

4. Map fields

Match each Calendly field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Calendly to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and date to Calendly with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Quill Forms events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a conversational form is completed. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
