How to Send Quill Forms Data to Braze
Braze is a marketing automation platform. Quill Forms manages a conversational form is completed, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Braze.
Why connect directly?
Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-submission fees, no external dependencies.

- A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.
- A Braze account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Braze to AFI
- Log in to your Braze dashboard.
- Go to Settings → API Keys and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Braze.
- Enter the API Key and REST endpoint, then click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Braze.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.
3. Select Braze as the destination
Choose Braze from the platform dropdown and pick Add User. This creates or updates a user in Braze.
4. Map fields
Match each Braze field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Braze to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Braze with unlimited records. Pro adds custom attributes and events. No per-record fees on any plan.
