Airmeet is a virtual events platform. Quill Forms manages a conversational form is completed, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Airmeet.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting Quill Forms to virtual events, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Quill Forms installed and configured.
  • A Airmeet account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Airmeet to AFI

  1. Log in to your Airmeet account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Airmeet.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Airmeet.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Airmeet as the destination

Choose Airmeet from the platform dropdown and pick Register Attendee. This registers an attendee for an Airmeet event.

4. Map fields

Match each Airmeet field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Airmeet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Airmeet with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Quill Forms events trigger the integration?

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
