How to Send Dokan Data to Zoho Meeting

Zoho Meeting is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Every Dokan vendor record should flow into Zoho Meeting automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Zoho Meeting to AFI

Zoho Meeting uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Meeting, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Zoho Meeting.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Zoho Meeting as the destination

Choose Zoho Meeting from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoho Meeting webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Meeting field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Zoho Meeting to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
