Zoho Invoice is a invoicing platform. Getting Dokan vendor into Zoho Invoice does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

The direct approach

AFI delivers vendor data straight from WordPress to Zoho Invoice. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.
  • A Zoho Invoice account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Zoho Invoice to AFI

Zoho Invoice uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Invoice, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Zoho Invoice.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Zoho Invoice as the destination

Choose Zoho Invoice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Zoho Invoice.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Invoice field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Zoho Invoice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name and email to Zoho Invoice with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Dokan events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
