How to Send Dokan Data to Zoho FSM

Connect Zoho FSM to AFI

Zoho FSM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho FSM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Zoho FSM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Zoho FSM as the destination

Choose Zoho FSM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Request. This creates a request in Zoho FSM.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho FSM field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Zoho FSM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
