How to Send Dokan Data to Teamwork

Teamwork is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. Every Dokan vendor record should flow into Teamwork automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Teamwork to AFI

Teamwork uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Teamwork, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Teamwork.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Teamwork as the destination

Choose Teamwork from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Teamwork.

4. Map fields

Match each Teamwork field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Teamwork to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
