How to Send Dokan Data to ServiceTitan

Connect ServiceTitan to AFI

1. Contact your ServiceTitan account manager for API access.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to ServiceTitan.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select ServiceTitan as the destination

Choose ServiceTitan from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in ServiceTitan.

4. Map fields

Match each ServiceTitan field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check ServiceTitan to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
