PracticePanther is a legal practice management platform. If you want Dokan vendor synced to PracticePanther, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why connect directly?

Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-vendor fees, no external dependencies.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.
  • A PracticePanther account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect PracticePanther to AFI

PracticePanther uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → PracticePanther, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to PracticePanther.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select PracticePanther as the destination

Choose PracticePanther from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in PracticePanther.

4. Map fields

Match each PracticePanther field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check PracticePanther to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to PracticePanther with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Dokan events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.

Install Advanced Form Integration free from WordPress.org and connect Dokan to PracticePanther in minutes.
