How to Send Dokan Data to Mailify
Mailify is a email and SMS marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every Dokan vendor record should flow into Mailify automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to email and SMS marketing. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.
- A Mailify account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Mailify to AFI
- Log in to your Mailify account.
- Copy your Account Number and API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailify.
- Enter the credentials and click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Mailify.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.
3. Select Mailify as the destination
Choose Mailify from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Mailify.
4. Map fields
Match each Mailify field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Mailify to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and phone to Mailify with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Dokan events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
