How to Send Dokan Data to MailBluster
MailBluster is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Getting Dokan vendor into MailBluster does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to email marketing. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.
- A MailBluster account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect MailBluster to AFI

Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to MailBluster.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.
3. Select MailBluster as the destination
Choose MailBluster from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in MailBluster.
4. Map fields
Match each MailBluster field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check MailBluster to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to MailBluster with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Dokan events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
