How to Send Dokan Data to Kit

Kit is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Dokan handles a vendor registers or a product is submitted on your WordPress site. Kit is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.

Connect Kit to AFI

1. Log in to your Kit account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Kit.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Kit.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Kit as the destination

Choose Kit from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Kit.

4. Map fields

Match each Kit field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Kit to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
