Kirim.Email is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe Dokan vendor straight into Kirim.Email using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

AFI delivers vendor data straight from WordPress to Kirim.Email. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.
  • A Kirim.Email account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Kirim.Email to AFI

  1. Log in to your Kirim.Email account.
  2. Copy your API Key from settings.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Kirim.Email.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Kirim.Email.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Kirim.Email as the destination

Choose Kirim.Email from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Kirim.Email.

4. Map fields

Match each Kirim.Email field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Kirim.Email to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email and name to Kirim.Email with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Dokan events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
