How to Send Dokan Data to Dynamics 365

Connect Dynamics 365 to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Dynamics 365.

3. Select Dynamics 365 as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Dynamics 365.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Dynamics 365 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
