How to Send Dokan Data to Doppler
Doppler is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe Dokan vendor straight into Doppler using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
The direct approach
AFI delivers vendor data straight from WordPress to Doppler. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.
- A Doppler account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Doppler to AFI
- Log in to your Doppler account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Doppler.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Doppler.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.
3. Select Doppler as the destination
Choose Doppler from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Doppler.
4. Map fields
Match each Doppler field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Doppler to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Doppler with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Dokan events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
