How to Send Dokan Data to DocuSign

DocuSign is a document signing platform. Dokan manages a vendor registers or a product is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to DocuSign.

Connect DocuSign to AFI

DocuSign uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → DocuSign, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to DocuSign.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select DocuSign as the destination

Choose DocuSign from the platform dropdown and pick Send Envelope. This creates and sends an envelope in DocuSign.

4. Map fields

Match each DocuSign field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check DocuSign to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
