Bigin by Zoho is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe Dokan vendor straight into Bigin by Zoho using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

AFI delivers vendor data straight from WordPress to Bigin by Zoho. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.
  • A Bigin by Zoho account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Bigin by Zoho to AFI

Bigin by Zoho uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Bigin by Zoho, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Bigin by Zoho.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Bigin by Zoho as the destination

Choose Bigin by Zoho from the platform dropdown and pick Create Record. This creates a record in Bigin.

4. Map fields

Match each Bigin by Zoho field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Bigin by Zoho to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Bigin by Zoho with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Dokan events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
