How to Send Ultimate Member Data to ServiceTitan

Connect ServiceTitan to AFI

1. Contact your ServiceTitan account manager for API access.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceTitan.
3. Enter the client ID and secret.
4. Click Save and authorize the connection.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to ServiceTitan.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select ServiceTitan as the destination

Choose ServiceTitan from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in ServiceTitan.

4. Map fields

Match each ServiceTitan field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check ServiceTitan to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
