How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Salesmate

Salesmate is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Ultimate Member manages a user registers or updates their profile, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Salesmate.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Ultimate Member installed and configured.

Connect Salesmate to AFI

1. Log in to Salesmate and go to Setup → API & SDK.
2. Create an API client and copy the credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Salesmate.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Salesmate.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Salesmate as the destination

Choose Salesmate from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Salesmate.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesmate field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Salesmate to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
