How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Nimble

Nimble is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Ultimate Member registration record should flow into Nimble automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

Connect Nimble to AFI

1. Log in to your Nimble account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Nimble.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Nimble.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Nimble as the destination

Choose Nimble from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Nimble.

4. Map fields

Match each Nimble field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Nimble to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
