How to Send Ultimate Member Data to NeonCRM

NeonCRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want Ultimate Member registration synced to NeonCRM, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect NeonCRM to AFI

NeonCRM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → NeonCRM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to NeonCRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select NeonCRM as the destination

Choose NeonCRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Account. This creates an account in NeonCRM.

4. Map fields

Match each NeonCRM field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check NeonCRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
