How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Jobber

Jobber is a field service management platform. Every Ultimate Member registration record should flow into Jobber automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

Connect Jobber to AFI

1. Log in to your Jobber account.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Jobber.

3. Select Jobber as the destination

Choose Jobber from the platform dropdown and pick Create Client. This creates a client in Jobber.

4. Map fields

Match each Jobber field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Jobber to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
