How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Front

Front is a customer operations platform. Ultimate Member manages a user registers or updates their profile, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Front.

Connect Front to AFI

Front uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Front, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Front.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Front as the destination

Choose Front from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Front.

4. Map fields

Match each Front field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Front to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
