How to Send Ultimate Member Data to eWebinar
eWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Getting Ultimate Member registration into eWebinar does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to webinar platform. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Ultimate Member installed and configured.
- A eWebinar account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect eWebinar to AFI
- Log in to your eWebinar account.
- Copy your API Key from settings.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → eWebinar.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to eWebinar.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.
3. Select eWebinar as the destination
Choose eWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register Attendee. This registers an attendee for an eWebinar session.
4. Map fields
Match each eWebinar field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check eWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to eWebinar with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Ultimate Member events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
