How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Dynamics 365 Sales

Dynamics 365 Sales is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Ultimate Member registration record should flow into Dynamics 365 Sales automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Dynamics 365 Sales to AFI

Dynamics 365 Sales uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dynamics 365 Sales, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Dynamics 365 Sales.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Dynamics 365 Sales as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 Sales from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Dynamics 365 Sales.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 Sales field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Dynamics 365 Sales to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
