How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Dynamics 365

Dynamics 365 is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe Ultimate Member registration straight into Dynamics 365 using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Dynamics 365 to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Dynamics 365.

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select Dynamics 365 as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Dynamics 365.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Dynamics 365 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
