How to Send Ultimate Member Data to CompanyHub

CompanyHub is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Ultimate Member registration record should flow into CompanyHub automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect CompanyHub to AFI

1. Log in to your CompanyHub account.
2. Copy your Subdomain and API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → CompanyHub.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to CompanyHub.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select CompanyHub as the destination

Choose CompanyHub from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in CompanyHub.

4. Map fields

Match each CompanyHub field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check CompanyHub to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
