How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Airtable

Airtable is a database platform. Here is how to pipe Ultimate Member registration straight into Airtable using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Airtable to AFI

1. Log in to Airtable and open the base you want to connect.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Match each Airtable field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Airtable to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
