How to Send Bookly Data to Zoho CRM

Connect Zoho CRM to AFI

Zoho CRM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho CRM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Zoho CRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Zoho CRM as the destination

Choose Zoho CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Zoho CRM.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho CRM field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Zoho CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
