How to Send Bookly Data to Velocify

Velocify is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Bookly handles an appointment is booked on your WordPress site. Velocify is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Bookly installed and configured.

• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Velocify to AFI

Velocify uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Velocify, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Velocify.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Velocify as the destination

Choose Velocify from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Velocify.

4. Map fields

Match each Velocify field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Velocify to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
