How to Send Bookly Data to Tebra (Kareo)

Connect Tebra (Kareo) to AFI

Tebra (Kareo) uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Tebra (Kareo), click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Tebra (Kareo).

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Tebra (Kareo) as the destination

Choose Tebra (Kareo) from the platform dropdown and pick Add Patient. This creates a patient in Tebra.

4. Map fields

Match each Tebra (Kareo) field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Tebra (Kareo) to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
