How to Send Bookly Data to Smartlead

What you will need

Connect Smartlead to AFI

1. Log in to your Smartlead account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Smartlead.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Smartlead.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Smartlead as the destination

Choose Smartlead from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead to a Smartlead campaign.

4. Map fields

Match each Smartlead field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Smartlead to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
