How to Send Bookly Data to ServiceM8
ServiceM8 is a field service management platform. Bookly handles an appointment is booked on your WordPress site. ServiceM8 is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.
Why connect directly?

What you will need
- A WordPress site with Bookly installed and configured.
- A ServiceM8 account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect ServiceM8 to AFI
- Log in to your ServiceM8 account.
- Go to Settings → API and generate API credentials.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceM8.
- Enter the credentials and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to ServiceM8.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.
3. Select ServiceM8 as the destination
Choose ServiceM8 from the platform dropdown and pick Add Job. This creates a job in ServiceM8.
4. Map fields
Match each ServiceM8 field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check ServiceM8 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
