How to Send Bookly Data to MailPoet

Connect MailPoet to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to MailPoet.

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select MailPoet as the destination

Choose MailPoet from the platform dropdown and pick Subscribe To List. This subscribes a contact to a MailPoet list.

4. Map fields

Match each MailPoet field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check MailPoet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
