How to Send Bookly Data to Encharge

Encharge is a marketing automation platform. Here is how to pipe Bookly appointment straight into Encharge using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Bookly installed and configured.
• A Encharge account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Encharge to AFI

1. Log in to your Encharge account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Encharge.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Encharge.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Encharge as the destination

Choose Encharge from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates or updates a person in Encharge.

4. Map fields

Match each Encharge field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Encharge to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
