How to Send Bookly Data to ClickUp

ClickUp is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. Here is how to pipe Bookly appointment straight into ClickUp using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect ClickUp to AFI

1. Log in to your ClickUp account.
2. Go to Settings → Apps → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ClickUp.
4. Paste the Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to ClickUp.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select ClickUp as the destination

Choose ClickUp from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in ClickUp.

4. Map fields

Match each ClickUp field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check ClickUp to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
