How to Send The Events Calendar Data to Pardot

Connect Pardot to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it The Events Calendar to Pardot.

2. Pick your trigger

Select The Events Calendar as the form provider. AFI fires when an event RSVP or ticket order is submitted, giving you access to attendee name, email, event title, event date, ticket type, and order total.

3. Select Pardot as the destination

4. Map fields

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in The Events Calendar. Check Pardot to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
