How to Send The Events Calendar Data to Encharge

Encharge is a marketing automation platform. Here is how to pipe The Events Calendar event straight into Encharge using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

1. Create a new integration

3. Select Encharge as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each Encharge field on the left to the corresponding The Events Calendar field on the right. Common mappings include attendee name, email, event title, event date, ticket type, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in The Events Calendar. Check Encharge to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
