Connect JobNimbus to AFI

JobNimbus uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → JobNimbus, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Paid Memberships Pro to JobNimbus.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Paid Memberships Pro as the form provider. AFI fires when a member checks out or a membership level changes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID.

3. Select JobNimbus as the destination

Choose JobNimbus from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in JobNimbus.

4. Map fields

Match each JobNimbus field on the left to the corresponding Paid Memberships Pro field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test
