How to Send Paid Memberships Pro Data to Field Nation

Field Nation is a field service platform. Paid Memberships Pro manages a member checks out or a membership level changes, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Field Nation.

Connect Field Nation to AFI

Field Nation uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Field Nation, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Paid Memberships Pro to Field Nation.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Paid Memberships Pro as the form provider. AFI fires when a member checks out or a membership level changes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID.

3. Select Field Nation as the destination

Choose Field Nation from the platform dropdown and pick Create Work Order. This creates a work order in Field Nation.

4. Map fields

Match each Field Nation field on the left to the corresponding Paid Memberships Pro field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and order ID. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Paid Memberships Pro. Check Field Nation to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
