How to Send ARForms Data to Zendesk Sell

What you will need

Connect Zendesk Sell to AFI

1. Log in to your Zendesk Sell account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Zendesk Sell.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Zendesk Sell.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Zendesk Sell as the destination

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Zendesk Sell to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
